Returns and Exchanges

 

Defective or Damaged Items:

We inspect all products for quality assurance before shipping. In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at service@goodspins.com within 7 days of receiving the product, along with clear photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

 

Size Exchange:

If you ordered the wrong size or would like to exchange the product for a different style, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Contact our customer service team at service@goodspins.com to initiate the exchange process.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at service@goodspins.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

 

Return Authorization Number (RA)#:

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Do not send the item back without obtaining an RA number.
